Weddings and Events:
7 day wedding coordinator – $1199

- Unlimited calls, emails and texts 7 days leading up to your wedding
- 1 meeting 30 days prior to event to go over the day, see if there are any gaps, ask me questions, have me tell you you’re doing great sweetie, etc.
- Attendance at rehearsal to meet everyone, see the place, go over the day’s schedule (a few times) and have you hand everything over to me.
- The day of – I will handle all of the vendors, the timeline, a drunk groomsman – everything.
30 day wedding coordinator – $1499

- Unlimited calls, emails and texts 30 days leading up to your wedding
- 1 meeting 30 days prior to event to go over the day, see if there are any gaps, ask me questions, have a few cocktails to destress, etc.
- Attendance at rehearsal to meet everyone, see the place, go over the day’s schedule (a few times) and have you hand everything over to me.
- The day of – I handle everything (including making sure you eat) while you concentrate on smiling, dancing and having the best day of your life.
An additional coordinator – $499

- An additional coordinator is great for larger weddings. They do things like, assist the photographer, handle the food while I handle the bridal party, help coordinate first looks.
- This will be someone that I trust and have worked with in the past.
